Standard certification means that your document will be translated by a professional translator and a certificate of authenticity will be issued in English. The certificate will be on our headed paper, signed and stamped by us. A certificate will be attached to the translation together with a copy of the source document provided. All copies will be stamped.  Usually the original copy of the document is not needed. A scanned copy sent by email is sufficient in most cases.* Please note that before we certify the translation we send a draft by email to the client to check. This is necessary as sometimes the spelling of names is phonetic (Russian, Arabic, Chinese, etc.).

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to send you a copy of my document to get a quote?
Yes, as the size of documents can be different from one to another as well as the volume of text and language.
Do I need to send you the original copies?
We usually do not need the original document. Scanned copy sent by email or via our quotation form is sufficient in most cases for a faster process.
Will the certified translation be accepted?
Requirements of different UK and foreign organisations may vary. We recommend you to contact the institution or organisation which your translation is intended for, before pursuing translation service.
Can I change some parts of the translation? 
We are very careful in ensuring that the Job is accurate and reflects the text in the original documents. However, we can correct some part of the translation that we have provided if needed. However, Please note that we cannot by law add words to the translation if they do not exist on the original documents, as well as remove some words from the translation if they do exist on the original document.
We cannot change the translation based on the client's preferences Please note that we do not perform any 'editing' or 're-writing', this means that no text is either added, modified or removed from the original documents.
How will my translation document look like?
We try our best to match the layout of the translation with the original document, however our main priority is the accuracy of translation and not the accuracy of layout. Translation is usually produced with a similar layout as the original but not a 100% full design match. Please note that we are a translation company, not a design one. Layout has not effect on the acceptance of the certified translation. 
When will my document translation start?
As soon as the payment has reached us.
If I order a hard copy of the translation, when should I expect it to reach me by post?
We usually send a copy of the translation by email to the client to check before we certify the translation. We post the work upon receiving the approval email by the client. Please note that postage time is not included in the timeline of the quote.
How can I send my document(s)?

How do you deliver the translated document(s)?

If I want to proceed with the order, how do I confirm this?
If you are happy with the quote we sent you,  you can simply confirm this by replying to our email or call us.
Can I approve the translation before the delivery?

How safe will my document be?
We are fully aware of the importance of confidentiality to our clients when we are handling their information and intellectual property. Therefore, every assignment will be treated with complete confidentiality. We respect all of our clients’ confidential documents and details.
Can I cancel my order?
If for any reason you want to cancel an order you have already placed and paid for, then you can do so by sending an email or call us. You must send the cancellation email within two hours of placing the order. In this case, you might charge you the minimum charge of the service you ordered. If you fail to send the cancellation email within two hours, then the order cannot be cancelled and the paid fees will not be refunded.
